Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused tools and all original accessories, manuals, and packaging into a shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship to Outlet

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or choose your preferred carrier to send the package back to our central processing facility for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
